I Forgot My Password!
Go to the login screen and at the very bottom is a link that says forgot my password.
- Click on forgot my password, this will take you to the screen so you can reset your password.
- Type in your email and you will receive an email soon after to reset your password.
- Follow the instructions in the email.
I Forgot My Enrollment ID!
Please contact the Support Center. Choose Enrollment ID Information from the drop down menu.
How can I change my email?
Login to your account:
- Click on the image icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.
- Click on Account Settings. This will automatically take you to your Profile screen. Here you can change your email in your settings. Just type in the new email you would like to use.
- Click Save Changes button. You will receive and email shortly alerting you, you have changed your password.
How can I change my password?
Login to your account:
- Click on the image icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.
- Click on Account Settings. This will automatically take you to your Profile screen.
- Select Password from the menu to the left of your Profile. This will pull up the Password screen.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Click on Change Password button. You will receive an email shortly alerting you, you have changed your password.
